Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational procurement activities as an individual contributor
• Handle post-ordering delivery management, ensuring timely receipt of materials, components, and services
• Responsible for material planning and scheduling to support production and project requirements; ensure on-time delivery for domestic and import procurement
• Coordinate closely with suppliers for order execution, delivery schedules, documentation, and issue resolution
• Perform AP booking and support finance for timely payment processing
• Handle supplier rejections, discrepancies, and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with procurement process workflows, purchasing policies, and procedures
• Adhere to company ethics and integrity guidelines
• Manage inventory in line with defined rules, norms, and controls
• Track and achieve assigned KPIs
• Perform supplier account reconciliation, including free-issue material reconciliation
