Job summary

Trajectron Sports is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Design Engineer to design and develop mechanical parts and assemblies for high-pressure pneumatic systems. You will translate customer and product requirements into robust designs, and drive DFx (DFM/ DFA) practices across development stages.

Responsibilities span conducting motion analysis, FEA, and calculations, documenting designs, leading testing processes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines while pursuing

• Design and develop mechanical parts and assemblies for high-pressure pneumatic systems.
• Understand Customer and Product Requirements.
• Implement DFM and DFA techniques.
• Conduct Motion Analysis, FEA and calculations to meet design requirements.
• Formulate reports, design documentation, assembly and testing process flow, FMEA keeping safety in mind
• Assist in Production Planning activities.
• Efficiently manage 3D CAD and Drawing Files.
• Plan & Execute Projects from Start to End.
• Co-ordinate with team members and other departments to accomplish tasks within stipulated deadlines
• Research & Development of new products and processes for continuous improvement and expanding product range
• Build and lead a team of engineers to achieve excellence in design & production standards
