Job summary

Atomberg Technologies in Nashik is seeking an Assistant Manager, Field Service, to coordinate service activities, track daily TAT, flag breaches, and close escalations with Area Managers and service partners.

The role involves MIS and reporting by turning Salesforce data into Excel dashboards, monitoring spare parts stock, dispatches, returns, and running the field supply calendar; monthly field visits to ASPs, dealers and Pareto outlets to drive service efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in service operations, customer support operations, supply chain, or MIS.
• Strong Excel skills: XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic dashboards.
• Clear communication and follow-up with field teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Track daily TAT and pending calls; flag breaches; close escalations with Area Managers and service partners.
• Turn Salesforce data into Excel dashboards and reports on TAT and partner performance.
• Monitor DOI; flag stock-outs and excess stock; coordinate dispatches and defective returns.
• Run the field supply calendar, reviews, and action tracker.
