Job summary

Responsibilities

• Stay close to ground.
• Visit ASPs, dealers, distributors monthly.
• Check service quality, stock, partner issues; take action.
• Keep stock at 250+ service centres.
• Monitor DOI; flag stock-outs and excess stock at centres.
• Coordinate operations.
• Turn Salesforce data into leadership reports.
• Build Excel dashboards on TAT, closures, backlog, partner performance.
• Keep zone service calls moving within TAT.
• Track daily TAT and pending calls across ~5,000 monthly service calls.
