Job summary

Atomberg Technologies in Nagpur is seeking an Assistant Manager Field Service to coordinate field operations, manage MIS reporting, and oversee spare parts flows. The role involves monthly visits to ASPs, dealers, distributors, and Pareto outlets, with a focus on improving service KPIs.

You will work with area managers and service partners to track TAT, close escalations, and ensure timely stock dispatches and returns, requiring strong Excel skills and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 13 years in service operations, customer support operations, supply chain, or MIS.
• Strong Excel skills: XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic dashboards
• Clear communication and follow-up with field teams and partners

Responsibilities

• Service Coordination: Track daily TAT and pending calls, flag breaches, and close escalations with Area Managers and service partners
• MIS & Reporting: Turn Salesforce data into Excel dashboards and review packs on TAT, closures, and partner performance
• Spare Parts: Monitor DOI, flag stock-outs and excess stock, and coordinate dispatches and defective returns
• Executive Support: Run the field supply calendar, reviews, and action tracker
• Field Connect: Visit your ASPs, dealers, distributors and Pareto outlets monthly
