Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver sales training programs for retail staff to improve customer service, product knowledge, and selling skills.
• Conduct classroom-based training sessions, field training, process training, and OJT (On-the-Job Training) to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Develop customized training materials such as presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules to meet specific business needs.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to enhance the effectiveness of the training program.
