Job summary

EuroHSD Automation in Pune invites an Assistant Manager- Sales to lead B2B field sales for industrial doors and docking solutions, engaging directly with clients, architects, PMC firms, and consultants to generate business, close orders, and ensure smooth order execution.

You will understand client requirements, share accurate offers, negotiate terms, coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics, provide after-sales support, and plan events to build the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B/field sales experience in industrial equipment, building products, or capital goods.
• Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills with a track record of closing orders.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with production and dispatch teams.
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring a sales team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging architects, PMC, and consultants.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
