• Organize resources, set goals, and develop strategies to optimize sales performance.
• Monitor and document staff schedules, attendance, and productivity.
• Conduct weekly and monthly client meetings to understand expectations and provide updates.
• Ensure resolution of audit-related issues.
• Identify and drive process improvements.
• Coach and mentor team leads for better team management.
• Address and resolve internal customer queries.
• Act as the key point of contact for business-specific queries and challenges.
• Take on special projects based on business needs.

Qualifications and Desired Skills

• Candidate must have onpapers experience of Assistant Manager
• Candidate must have experience in managing a telesales team of 40-50 people along with TL's reporting to him/her
• Candidate must be fluent in English and Malayalam
• Candidate must have good knowledge of Data
