Qualifications

• Develop and execute sales strategies for gears and pinions.
• Identify and develop new customers across industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Manage existing customer accounts and increase business through repeat orders and cross-selling.
• Understand customer applications and recommend suitable gearbox/gear motor solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, purchase, and service teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for gear motors, gearboxes, and pinions.
• Identify and develop new customers across industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Manage existing customer accounts and increase business through repeat orders and cross-selling.
• Understand customer applications and recommend suitable gearbox / gear motor solutions.
• Generate enquiries through customer visits, channel partners, references, exhibitions, and market development activities.
• Prepare commercial offers, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close orders.
• Build relationships with OEMs, machine builders, system integrators, distributors, and end users.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, purchase, and service teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
• Track enquiries, quotations, order status, sales pipeline, and collections.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify competitors, pricing trends, new applications, and business opportunities.
• Develop and manage customers where applicable.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM / sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with technical/service teams for resolution.
