Job summary

Accor in Pune, India, is seeking a proactive F&B professional to oversee daily Restaurant, Bar and In-Room Dining operations. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional guest experiences while upholding Accor brand standards and cost controls.

The successful candidate will supervise and train the Service team, optimize revenue through upselling, ensure accurate billing, inventory control, and compliance with HACCP and local regulations. Experience in similar roles is preferred.
