Job summary

Accor is seeking a guest-focused hospitality professional to join its dining team at a property in India. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages with precision and care.

You will maintain high standards of cleanliness, assist with billing, and collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure flawless service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in food and beverage service within a hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality establishment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse guests
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management during peak periods
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and collaborative work ethic
• Proficiency in cash handling, billing procedures, and POS system operations
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move efficiently in service areas
• Conflict resolution and problem‑solving skills with empathy and professionalism
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and service protocols
• Preferred: Multilingual abilities or experience with digital ordering systems
