Job summary

Accor is seeking a hospitality professional to oversee daily Restaurant, Bar and In-Room Dining operations in our property in Pune. You will ensure an exceptional guest experience, adhere to Accor brand standards, and coordinate with Kitchen and other departments for seamless service.

The role requires leading, training and motivating the F&B service team, monitoring revenue, upselling, and maintaining hygiene and HACCP compliance while minimizing waste.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, guests and departments.
• Experience in similar Job profile within F&B operations.
