Job summary

ACL Digital in Pune is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Recruitment to lead full‑lifecycle hiring across diverse functions and partner with senior leaders to align TA with business priorities.

You will drive staffing delivery, optimize TAT and Time-to-Fill, oversee sourcing channels, enforce structured interviews, and mentor the recruitment team to sustain high performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution for niche, mid-level, and leadership roles across business units.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, department heads, and cross-functional partners; align talent acquisition strategies directly with business priorities.
• Monitor and drive key recruitment metrics, focusing on reducing Turnaround Time (TAT), improving Time-to-Fill, and increasing offer acceptance ratios.
• Oversee direct sourcing channels, recruitment agencies, and job portals to build a robust candidate pipeline for current and proactive hiring needs.
• Enforce structured interviewing practices, SLA compliance, and process adherence across the recruiting lifecycle.
• Guide, mentor, and track performance for talent acquisition team members to maintain high operational standards and delivery speeds.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Assistant Manager Recruitment to lead and elevate our talent acquisition operations in Pune. In this role, you will drive full-lifecycle hiring, manage end-to-end staffing across diverse skill sets, and cultivate strong partnerships with senior leadership and key business stakeholders. You will be directly responsible for optimizing hiring workflows, accelerating turnaround times (TAT), and consistently closing high-priority positions without compromising on quality.

Experince Required : 9 - 13Years

Key Responsibilities

• Process & Adherence: Enforce structured interviewing practices, SLA compliance, and process adherence across the recruiting lifecycle.
• Team Leadership & Development: Guide, mentor, and track performance for talent acquisition team members to maintain high operational standards and delivery speeds.
