Job summary

ManpowerGroup India is seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead to manage the complete lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and build a robust talent pipeline across industries. The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, data-driven metrics, and adherence to employment laws and diversity practices.

You will mentor the recruitment team, drive dashboards and reporting, and ensure high standards of integrity and confidentiality in every hiring decision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with team handling.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Negotiation and offer management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and metrics.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports to monitor hiring progress and key recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of recruitment team members.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, employment laws, and diversity and inclusion practices.
