Job summary

Tata 1mg is seeking an Assistant Manager – Radiology Network Onboarding to expand our radiology network across India. You will lead end-to-end onboarding, including negotiations, due diligence, and documentation, while collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Ops teams.

The role requires 3–7 years of experience in healthcare partnerships and a strong ability to manage stakeholders and drive results. Willingness to travel across India is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in healthcare partnerships, diagnostic network expansion, provider onboarding, or business development.
• Experience with radiology centers, diagnostic chains, hospitals, or healthcare marketplaces is preferred.
• Strong commercial negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience in contract discussions and agreement execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Knowledge of diagnostic services such as MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, PET-CT, Mammography, etc. will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard radiology centers across India.
• Drive end-to-end partner onboarding, including commercial negotiations, due diligence, documentation, and agreements.
• Negotiate pricing, discounts, and commercial terms.
• Expand the Assured Labs network across priority locations.
• Evaluate partners based on infrastructure, technology, accreditation, equipment quality, TAT, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Product, and Tech teams for partner activation.
• Monitor partner performance, SLA adherence, TAT, cancellations, and customer experience.
• Track competitor pricing and market trends.
