Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Gurugram is seeking a Power Platform specialist to develop and maintain solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI for QM processes. The role requires close collaboration with Ops and Quality teams to translate pain points into actionable requirements and deliver robust QA/QC strategies.

The position is on-site in Gurugram with a 40-hour work week, supporting adoption and training to ensure tools are used as designed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI solutions to digitise QM processes (audits, checklists, issue tracking, approvals).
• Collaborate with Ops and Quality leadership to turn process pain points into requirements, then deliver and test solutions.
• Define adoption criteria and success measures for each tool and track usage against them.
• Run onboarding, user guides and training so new tools are used as designed.
• Review adoption data and raise low-usage tools with owners with recommendations to fix or retire.
• Keep documentation current, including process flows, data sources, connections, permissions and known limitations.
• Work with Quality leaders to develop QA/QC strategies, policies and procedures to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs related to transaction quality.
• Propose and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency while maintaining accuracy.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and regulatory requirements related to quality management in real estate processes.
