Responsibilities

• Direct on-site personnel, optimize operational workflows, and ensure seamless property performance across all managed assets.
• Formulate comprehensive operating budgets, monitor revenue streams and expenditures, and authorize vendor payments.
• Identify and engage qualified service providers, negotiate terms, and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain adherence to municipal property regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Provide mentorship, deliver training programs, and supervise property coordination staff and administrative teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Direct on-site personnel, optimize operational workflows, and ensure seamless property performance across all managed assets.
• Strategic Financial Oversight: Formulate comprehensive operating budgets, conduct rigorous monitoring of revenue streams and expenditures, and authorize vendor payment processing.
• Vendor Partnership Management: Identify and engage qualified service providers, negotiate favorable contract terms, and coordinate scheduled maintenance and repair initiatives.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Maintain strict adherence to municipal property regulations, safety protocols, and industry compliance standards.
• Team Development & Leadership: Provide mentorship, deliver comprehensive training programs, and supervise property coordination staff and administrative teams.

Essential Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: 3 to 7 years of demonstrated success in building operations, real estate management, or comprehensive property management.
• Technical Competencies: Proven leadership capabilities, advanced budget management skills, strategic problem-solving abilities, and expertise in property management technology platforms.
• Communication Excellence: Superior written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement with property owners, service vendors, and tenant communities.
