Job summary

JLL in India is seeking an Assistant Manager for Property and Asset Management, Gurgaon.

You will support the Sr. Key Account Director, coordinate HR initiatives and assist with Talent Acquisition, L&D, Rewards and Business Planning. You will help implement strategy, policies and practice while championing inclusion.

This on-site role in Gurugram offers 40 hours per week with scope to grow within a global real estate services leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR or People Operations is desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to coach and drive change in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Sr. Key Account Director in executing people strategy and key initiatives.
• Understand business priorities and leadership goals that drive the bottom line.
• Advocate best practices and support strategy, policy and practice execution.
• Coordinate with HR and business on Talent Acquisition, L&D, Rewards and Planning.
• Support annual performance management, educate managers, analyze completion rates, and promote participation.
• Respond to ad-hoc queries from management and employees.

What this job involves

• Support Sr. Key Account Director in the execution of the overall people strategy and key initiatives
• Understand the business and leadership priorities, including the business strategy and key initiatives that drive the bottom line
• Advocate best practices and support development and execution of strategy, policy and practice, and business initiatives
• Coordinate with the HR team and the Business to support a wide range of projects across Talent Acquisition, L&D, Rewards and Business Planning
• Support the annual performance management processes by educating managers and employees, driving analysis of completion rates, and encouraging thoughtful participation in the process.
• Respond to ad-hoc queries from management and employees by answering their questions directly or referring them to the appropriate subject-matter experts
• Position yourself as a credible champion who embodies the JLL culture and values in all your interactions. Integrate a mindset around diversity and inclusion constantly; be able and willing to coach others to understand ways to optimize the firm’s values
