Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Gurugram, on-site, seeks a Power Platform professional to develop and sustain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. You will digitise QM processes including audits, checklists, issue tracking, approvals and quality reporting, driving adoption and KPI tracking across teams.

The role requires collaboration with Operations and Quality leaders, defining success metrics and maintaining up-to-date documentation and processes in line with industry trends

• Experience defining adoption criteria and success measures for digital tools.
• Ability to collaborate with operations and quality leadership to translate pain points into requirements.
• Familiarity with QA/QC strategies, policies, and procedures.

Develop and maintain solutions in Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI that digitise QM processes such as audits, checklists, issue tracking, approvals and quality reporting. Collaborate with Ops and Quality leadership teams to turn process pain points into clear requirements, then deliver and test the solution. Define adoption criteria and success measures for each tool, and track usage against them. Run onboarding, user guides and training so new tools are used as designed. Review adoption data regularly and raise low-usage tools with the tool owner along with a recommendation to fix, retrain or retire. Keep documentation current, including process flows, data sources, connections, permissions and known limitations. Work with Quality leaders to develop and implement quality assurance and quality control strategies, policies, and procedures to drive operational excellence and elevate stakeholder and client satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transaction quality. Propose and implement process enhancements to enhance efficiency while maintaining accuracy standards. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to quality management in the Real Estate Industry and the processes supported by JBS.
