• Monitor material prices and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.

• Source materials, equipment, consumables, and services as per project requirements.
• Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
• Negotiate price, quality, credit terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, shortages, damages, and quality issues.
• Coordinate with Stores, Projects, Accounts, and Site Teams for smooth procurement operations.
• Maintain updated records of purchase orders, quotations, vendor details, and procurement status.
• Monitor material prices and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
