Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing construction and civil materials.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good knowledge of local suppliers and market rates.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
