Job summary

Greenlam Industries invites applications for a field sales role in Jharkhand region. The incumbent will generate business through architects, builders, contractors and dealers, manage channel partners, and drive demand generation activities in the territory.

The candidate should have 3+ years in Trade and Project Sales, possess a go-getter attitude and strong selling and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate business through assigned set of key account holders including architects, builders, contractors & dealers.
• Handle current channel partners and appoint new dealers/sub dealers.
• Plan and conduct demand generation activities in the territory/region.
• Understand market credit checks and align with company policy.
• Cultivate strong relations with key accounts to generate leads and develop business.
• Make presentations to prospective clients to promote company products.
• Plan BTL activities to create brand awareness.
• Launch new products and appoint dealers/distributors.
• Provide timely MIS reports and CRM updates.

Role & responsibilities :

• Handle current assigned channel partners and new dealers/ sub dealer appointment.
• Responsible for planning & conducting various demand generation activities in the territory/region.
• Understand the credit check in the market & align with the company policy.
• Cultivating strong relations with the key accounts/clients for generating leads and developing business.
• Making presentations to prospective clients to promote the company's products.
• Effectively planning the BTL activities to create brand awareness.
• Effective launching of new products and seeking for appointment of new Dealers/Distributors.
• Providing timely MIS reports.
• CRM entries, score, account & enquiry generation update etc.
