Job summary

Vantage Integrated Security Solutions is seeking a project manager with 5–8 years of experience in executing security projects. Noida-based role requires traveling as per project needs.

You will lead end-to-end planning, resource allocation, and client coordination to ensure delivery within time and budget. You will oversee a team of engineers and technicians, coordinate with procurement, and maintain project documentation and MIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent.
• PMP or project management certification is a plus.
• Experience in planning and executing multiple projects in security/ELV domains.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project planning and execution.
• Prepare plans, timelines, resources, and schedules.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and client specs.
• Monitor progress and proactively resolve challenges.
• Serve as primary client point of contact and provide updates.
• Lead engineers, site staff, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate procurement, material deliveries, and wastage control.
• Maintain documentation and project MIS.
• Ensure SOPs, safety, and compliance; manage risks.
• Monitor costs and assist with billing milestones.

Client Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
• Conduct project review meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate project handover and obtain client sign-off.

Team Coordination

• Lead and supervise project engineers, site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
• Ensure effective communication between the project team and management.

Vendor & Procurement Coordination

• Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of materials.
• Follow up with vendors and suppliers for deliveries.
• Verify material utilization and minimize wastage.

Site Management

• Conduct site surveys and assess project readiness.
• Ensure compliance with installation standards and project specifications.
• Monitor quality of work at project sites.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare project status reports and MIS.
• Maintain project documentation, including BOQs, work orders, drawings, approvals, and handover documents.
• Ensure proper documentation of project milestones and closures.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and quality standards.
• Implement safety guidelines and statutory compliance at project sites.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.

Financial Monitoring

• Monitor project costs and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with the accounts team regarding billing milestones and project-related documentation.
• Support project profitability through effective cost control.
