Job summary

AB InBev India seeks an Assistant Manager - PMO in the Supply team, based at HUB, Bangalore. You will drive governance and CAPEX processes, ensuring compliance and traceability across projects.

You will lead SMS implementation, manage KPI frameworks, maintain project documentation, and coordinate with zone, functional, and plant teams to deliver on schedule and quality objectives. The role offers exposure to large-scale initiatives in a dynamic beer business and requires strong stakeholder

Responsibilities

• Lead SMS implementation by coordinating pillars and driving improvements.
• Own and manage management, quality, and functional pillars.
• Oversee MCRS governance with reviews, reporting, and gap analysis.
• Manage KPI frameworks, target setting, and performance tracking.
• Own CAPEX project processes and governance.
• Maintain project documentation systems and traceability.
• Drive project quality management, supplier oversight, and defect resolution.
• Build organizational capability by developing PM competencies.
• Implement and sustain VPO project management systems.
• Provide project leadership and execution support for CAPEX delivery.

Purpose

1.Responsible for Project VPO（Project Management）and Capex Processes and Procedures in India, accountable for Governance and its implementation as well as sustain.

2. Responsible for construction quality assurance and drive its execution to ensure superior construction quality

Responsibilities

• Lead SMS Implementation by coordinating all relevant pillars and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
• Own and Manage Management, Quality, and Functional Pillars, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and objectives.
• Oversee MCRS Governance, including performance reviews, reporting, and coordination with zone, functional, and plant teams for results and gap analysis.
• Manage KPI Frameworks and Performance Management, including target setting, cascading objectives, and tracking departmental performance.
• Own CAPEX Project Processes, ensuring projects are governed through defined standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain Project Documentation Systems, including project registers, records, procedures, and process updates to ensure compliance and traceability.
• Drive Project Quality Management, including quality processes, supplier management, shop inspections, welding quality oversight, and defect resolution.
• Build Organizational Capability, developing project management competencies and strengthening team skills across the department.
• Implement and Sustain VPO Project Management Systems, ensuring effective project governance, execution discipline, and continuous improvement.
• Provide Project Leadership and Execution Support, managing CAPEX projects when required to ensure successful delivery of scope, quality, schedule, and business objectives.
