AB InBev India is looking to hire Planning and Performance Manager for its manufacturing unit based out of Sonipat, Haryana.

We're looking for a highly analytical, ambitious, and driven professional to partner with brewery leadership in driving cost optimization, performance improvement, forecasting, CAPEX evaluation, and business planning.

What You'll Do

• Drive budgeting & forecasting processes
• Identify cost-saving and productivity opportunities
• Build CAPEX business cases and track ROI
• Analyze operational KPIs and improve performance
• Lead reporting and business reviews with leadership
• Turn complex data into actionable business insights

What We're Looking For

• 5-6 years of work experience in same or similar roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, FP&A, or operations finance
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills (Power BI is a plus)
• SAP ERP exposure preferred
• Experience in Beer, Alcobev, Soft Drinks, or FMCG industry is an advantage
