AB InBev India is looking to hire a Senior Manager – Capex for its Procurement team, based out of Bengaluru with a 5-day Work from Office mode.

Objective of the Role

Lead strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives for Capex projects, ensuring cost optimization, supplier consolidation, and operational excellence. Drive localization, automation, and sustainability practices while building strong supplier relationships and delivering value to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Procurement Leadership: Develop and implement category strategies for Capex procurement aligned with global and zone guidelines.
• Spend Analysis & Optimization: Conduct regular category spend analysis to identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and cost savings.
• PMO & Stakeholder Management: Lead procurement PMOs with senior management and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Localization & Automation: Drive localization for spares and services; create rate cards and enable procurement through automation.
• Supplier Management: Oversee supplier eligibility, onboarding, development, and performance evaluation as per purchasing procedures.
• Contract Management: Review vendor agreements for commercial compliance; create annual contracts and ensure timely implementation.
• Risk Management: Perform quarterly category risk assessments and initiate mitigation measures.
• Reporting & Insights: Develop dashboards and provide timely reports on category performance to leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in procurement/sourcing, preferably in Capex.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management (preferred).
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations, contract management, and strategic sourcing.
• Proficiency in procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices in procurement is a plus.
