How you'll make an impact

• Professionals in this group act as voice of the customers in the organization.
• They gather and evaluate feedback from clients and present the insights findings to the internal stakeholders of the organization.
• They play a crucial role in creating customer loyatly and retention.
• Professionals are expected to be well-versed on the technical side of organization's products/offerings and should be able to share insight and tips on how to use features and troubleshoot.
• Incumbents at this level are senior/experienced Para-Professional with basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
• They may have little experience but may not have a professional qualification.
• They follow standard procedures and are responsible for perform basic routine based tasks in defined parameters but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.
• They work under moderate supervision and communicate information that requires moderate interpretation.

About you

• Typically requires a High School education or equivalent and minimum of 3 years of experience.
