Mphasis in Chennai is seeking an experienced team lead with 4-7 years in Banking and Capital Markets to manage a delivery team, interface with clients, and drive performance through coaching and regular feedback.

The role covers daily client meetings, performance appraisals, and ensuring career advancement, while handling risk, SLA adherence, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.

Competenze

• 2+ years of team handling experience.
• Graduation completed.
• Experience in Banking and Capital Markets preferred.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Overall 2+ years of team handling experience. Experience in Banking and capital markets such as Assets & Fund services, Fund Accounting, Derivatives pricing, Cash Reconciliation, Trade operations, Trade settlements, Trade reconciliation etc.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Manage team effectively and become a successful interface between the team and internal/external customers and/or company
2. Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of the team by motivating them and ensuring career advancement and a long-lasting and fruitful relationship of the team with the Company through timely & constructive feedback and counseling
3. Provide constructive feedback from time to time and ensure performance of the team
4. Conduct performance appraisals and monthly one to ones
5. Should manage daily client meetings
