• End-to-end processing of monetary and non-monetary transactions including enrollments, rollovers, transfers, and account maintenance.
• IGO NIGO validation, quality control, SLA adherence, compliance, query resolution, backlog management, and process documentation support.
• Assist in SOP maintenance and process improvement initiatives for high-volume operations.

Skilled in Money-In processes including asset transfers, enrollments, recordkeeping, account maintenance, IRA contributions, and file processing. Proficient in address verification using USPS and public record tools. Experienced in process handling, process mapping, and IGO NIGO processing standard.

• Covers the full range of services needed throughout a plans life, including plan development & enhancement, sales & marketing, plan sponsor institutional client onboarding management, participant enrollment management, sponsor and member servicing & reporting.
