Job summary

SG Oasis in Mumbai is seeking a Marketing and Events Coordinator to drive store events, promo activities and visual merchandising, planning and executing campaigns within budget.

You will lead a team, coordinate mall events, exhibitions, social media content, and vendor relationships, ensuring delightful customer experiences and timely delivery.

Strong English, multitasking, budgeting and Photoshop/CorelDraw/Dreamweaver familiarity are valued; MS Office and marketing automation tools are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in event management and visual merchandising.
• Ability to plan, execute and manage budgets for campaigns and events.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with vendors and teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate details of events such as Mall events, conferences, charity events, trade shows, exhibitions, socialites events, sales meetings and other virtual events.
