Job summary

SG Oasis is seeking a senior marketing professional to plan, coordinate, and oversee mall events, exhibitions, and activations in Pune. The role focuses on delivering high-quality experiences that boost footfall, customer engagement, and retailer conversions.

The candidate should bring 12–15 years in marketing activations, events, partnerships, brand promotions, or mall marketing, with strong communication and a pleasing personality to drive successful partnerships and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee execution of mall events, exhibitions, trade shows, promotional activities, community initiatives, corporate events, charity events, and other customer-focused programs.
• Ensure all events are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and within approved budgets while maintaining high standards of quality and customer experience.
• Develop and execute marketing activations, promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and experiential initiatives aimed at increasing footfall, customer engagement, and retailer conversion.
• Establish project timelines, priorities, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of all marketing activities and events.
• Manage relationships with event agencies, vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure quality execution and cost-effective delivery.
