Job summary

Biofuelcircle seeks a Strategic Program Manager to translate business strategy into actionable projects within a Strategy PMO. You will align stakeholders, define success metrics, and build cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes across a fast-growing digital bioenergy platform.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years in strategic program coordination or strategy execution, with strong ownership mindset, and proficiency in dashboards (Excel/Tableau/Power BI).

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in strategic program coordination or strategy execution roles.
• Comfortable with tracking tools and dashboards (Excel/Tableau/Power BI).
• Exposure to PMO, consulting, or strategy/operations roles is a plus.
• Exposure to energy, biofuels, agri-commodities, or manufacturing sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational strategy into a portfolio of strategic projects.
• Define objectives, milestones, success criteria, and implementation roadmaps.
• Establish project charters, timelines, budgets, and governance mechanisms.
• Develop OKRs and KPIs for each strategic initiative; track progress and risks.
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams for strategic initiatives; facilitate decision-making.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, with measurable business impact; monitor benefits realization.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on project health, milestones, risks, and outcomes; develop executive dashboards.

Drive organization-wide strategic initiatives by translating business strategy into actionable projects, aligning stakeholders, defining success metrics, building cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution and delivery of strategic outcomes. This is a dedicated, full-time role.

Drive successful completion of OKR projects, delivering measurable business impact and establishing robust business processes implementation.

Key Tasks Involved

Strategic Alignment

• Translate organizational strategy into a portfolio of strategic projects.
• Define objectives, success criteria, milestones, and implementation roadmaps.
• Ensure all initiatives are aligned to business priorities and growth goals.

Program Definition & Governance

• Establish project charters, timelines, budgets, and governance mechanisms.
• Develop OKRs and KPIs for each strategic initiative.
• Track progress, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with functional heads to align priorities and resource allocation.
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams for strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate decision-making and resolve execution roadblocks.

Execution Excellence

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact.
• Monitor benefits realization and business outcomes post implementation.
• Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Strategic Reporting

• Provide regular updates to leadership on project health, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
• Develop executive dashboards and strategy review mechanisms.

General Background

General Background

• 2 to 6 years of experience in strategic program/project coordination, business operations, strategy execution, or a similar strategy execution-focused role.

Technical Competency

• Comfortable with tracking tools/dashboards (Excel/Tableau/ Power-Bi)
• Exposure to PMO, consulting, or strategy/operations roles involving goal-tracking frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, balanced scorecards) is a plus
• Exposure to the energy, biofuels, agri-commodities, or manufacturing sectors is a plus
