The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving project profitability through effective cash flow management, cost optimization, budget monitoring, and performance tracking. Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to support strategic decision‑making while ensuring timely project delivery and achievement of business objectives are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project strategies and provide key insights for product development.
• Assist senior management with decision‑making, bid management, and project oversight.
• Manage project cash flows, track collections, and allocate funds effectively.
• Prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and cash flow statements; monitor project targets as per the AOP.
• Establish and ensure success criteria for projects, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
• Monitor project timelines and costs to achieve committed profit margins and ensure timely completion.
• Implement cost optimization strategies, suggest cost control measures, and focus on value engineering, waste reduction, and productivity improvement.
• Handle financial transactions, analyse expense statements, and use charts/models to identify trends and predict future outcomes.

Qualification and Experience

• CA/ MBA in finance or equivalent (Preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in highly analytical environments such as top management consulting firms or corporate strategy roles.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proven experience in managing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create compelling presentations.
