Job summary

Airpay Payment Services in Delhi seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand the client base across multiple locations. You will lead sales strategy as an individual contributor, identify high-potential clients, and collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to onboard and ensure customer success.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in business/finance/marketing, a proven track record in fintech or payments, exceptional negotiation and communication skills,

• Master’s degree required in business, finance, marketing or related field.
• Proven experience as a sales manager in payments/fintech.
• Strong negotiation and communications skills essential.
• Deep knowledge of payment gateway industry and customer needs.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and tailor solutions.
• Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth as an individual contributor.
• Identify and target potential clients across industries including e-commerce, retail, hospitality, education and more.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
• Provide regular reports to Country Head highlighting achievements, challenges, and improvement areas.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote our payment gateway solutions and generate leads.
