Job summary

Infosys is seeking a seasoned Execution Manager for MEP&T works in Vizag and Kolkata, with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in MEP&T execution for commercial buildings.
• BE in Mechanical or Electrical or relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution management for MEP&T works in new projects and retrofits.
• Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems across sub-systems.
• Ensure alignment with design intent and site coordination.
• Oversee commissioning and quality & cost management.
• Ensure safety and timely completion of projects.
• Support for green building certifications and statutory approvals.
• Drive adoption of latest technologies in building infrastructure.

Job Description

• Execution Management for all MEP&T (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Technology (BMS, Access Control, CCTV, Audio-Visual) works for new projects and retrofits in owned/leased buildings
• Manage execution of HVAC System, Electrical System, Plumbing and Fire Systems, BMS System, Access Control System, CCTV & Security system, for commercial buildings
• Understand design intent and ensure execution is in line with design
• Managing effective coordination and commissioning of various sub-systems in commercial buildings
• Quality and Cost Management during execution
• Safety Management in execution
• Ensure successful and timely completion of the projects.
• Support for LEED and various other green building performance certifications
• Support for statutory approvals in line with corporate governance guidelines
• Drive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses
• Manage other Infrastructure related works
