Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced Execution Manager (MEP&T) to lead HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire systems for new and retrofit commercial buildings in Vizag and Kolkata. You will require 8–12 years of relevant experience and a proven ability to coordinate multi‑discipline teams to meet design intent and schedules.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in MEP&T project execution.
• Hands-on management of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire systems.
• Experience with BMS, Access Control, CCTV, and security systems.
• Ability to interpret design intent and ensure execution aligns.
• Strong safety, quality, and cost management on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, BMS, and Security systems in commercial buildings.
• Coordinate sub-systems across multiple trades and commissioning.
• Ensure timely completion and compliance with design and standards.
• Support LEED and green building certifications as needed.
• Drive adoption of latest technologies in building projects.
• Oversee statutory approvals and governance requirements.

Location: Vizag/Kolkata BE (Mechanical/Electrical/Relevant), with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience

Managing effective coordination and commissioning of various sub-systems in commercial buildings

Quality and Cost Management during execution

Ensure successful and timely completion of the projects.
