Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced MEP professional to manage end-to-end execution of commercial base build projects. The role involves handling MEP systems coordination, budgeting, vendor management, and project execution in compliance with quality, safety, and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end MEP works for commercial base build projects.
• Oversee pre-construction activities including planning and vendor finalization.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, and project stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Ensure timely execution of project milestones within approved budget.
• Supervise installation and commissioning of electrical systems (HT/LT, transformers, DG sets).
• Supervise installation and commissioning of HVAC systems (Chillers, chilled water piping, ventilation).
• Coordinate plumbing, fire fighting, IBMS, ELV/LV systems, and elevators.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and specifications.
• Prepare and manage MEP budgeting and cost estimation.
• Appoint vendors and manage contracts.
• Monitor procurement and site execution progress.
• Ensure adherence to EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) standards.
• Maintain MIS reports, project documentation, and progress tracking.
• Support contract administration and site coordination activities.
