Job summary

Infosys in Vizag seeks a Manager – Civil & Interiors to oversee execution and completion of civil and interior works for large commercial campuses. The role requires 6 to 10 years of PM experience, with strong coordination across civil, interiors, MEP and design teams.

Candidate should drive design reviews, set updated standards, evaluate vendor proposals technically and commercially, and lead cross-functional collaboration to achieve timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in project management and execution of civil/interiors for large commercial buildings/campuses.

Responsibilities

• Manage project work for execution and completion of civil and interiors for large commercial office buildings/campuses.
• Coordinate with MEP works to align with design intent and ensure timely completion.
• Review and optimize civil/interiors/structural and related MEP designs, specifications and BOQs.
• Conduct technical and commercial evaluation of vendor proposals and prepare comparisons.

Position: Manager – Civil & Interiors, Commercial Buildings/Campuses Location: Vizag BE (Civil or equivalent), with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Project Management and Execution, preferably commercial real estate

Job Description: Manage the project work for execution, and completion of works related to civil and interiors for large commercial office buildings/campuses

Management/Execution of Civil & Interior Works, supporting MEP works for projects in line with design intent, for successful and timely completion of the projects. Design review/optimization of Civil/Interiors/Structural & related MEP designs, specifications and Bill of Quantities for both new and refurbishment type of projects.

Technical and Commercial evaluation of vendor proposals and preparation of comparisons and recommendation

Upgrade standards and specification on period basis to remain relevant and in line with code requirements (National Building Code 2016, ECBC, USGBC LEED, and other applicable codes and green building guidelines) Drive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses Applicant should have thorough knowledge and experience of Civil & Interiors works in a campus like setup Manage other Infrastructure related works. Strong project management and coordination skills
