Job summary

Evaluable Infoserve is seeking a result-driven Assistant Manager / Manager Core HR to strengthen our IT/Systems Integration HR team in Gurugram. You will own end-to-end recruitment, drive talent acquisition strategies, and manage core HR operations.

Key responsibilities include leading recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, planning engagement activities, handling grievances, and overseeing leaves and attendance with accuracy.

We are looking for a high-performing HR professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager / Manager Core HR. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and core HR operations within an IT or System Integration environment. The role demands a dynamic individual who can attract top talent, enhance employee morale, and contribute to building a strong and innovative work culture.

Responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely closures.
Manage candidate pipeline and maintain strong talent relationships.
2. Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
Conduct regular feedback sessions and implement engagement strategies.
Foster a positive work environment aligned with company values and culture.
3. Grievance Handling
Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
Ensure fair handling of employee concerns in line with HR policies and compliance standards.
Maintain confidentiality and promote a culture of trust and respect.
4. Leaves & Attendance Management
Oversee attendance tracking, leave approvals, and related documentation.
Ensure accuracy in HR records and coordination with payroll.
Monitor and address attendance or punctuality issues proactively.

Education- Graduate, B Tech, BBA, MBA or others stream in business administration / management or any related field.
