Job summary

Tenneco in India seeks an experienced maintenance and automation engineer to lead machine safety upgrades, capex planning, and electrical/Welding controls for automated equipment. You will troubleshoot Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley PLCs, manage spares, and drive defect reduction and reliability improvements on critical production lines.

Role requires 6–10 years in core maintenance with hands-on experience in SAP and KPI tracking, and a proactive approach to equipment reconditioning and process

• Responsible for machine safety upgradation & EHS activity.
• Responsible for planning & completion capex related activity.
• Responsible for servo of Mitsubishi & Allen Bradley.
• Responsible for weld controller of Amada machine.
• Responsible for panel wiring of machine.
• Troubleshoot HT, LT & transformer, DG operation & trouble shooting.
• Plan & monitor all critical spares & reduce spare consumptions.
• Improve poka-yokes & improve machine & process reliability to prevent defects.
• Improve machine capacities & reconditioning of equipment.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POSTION :-

• Responsible for machine safety upgradation & EHS activity.
• Responsible for planning & completion capex related activity.
• Responsible for servo of Mitsubishi & Allen Bradley.
• Responsible for weld controller of Amada machine.
• Responsible for panel wiring of machine.
• Responsible & should have experience & trouble shooting of HT, LT & transformer, Dg operation & trouble shooting.
• Responsible for plan & monitor all critical spares & reduction in spare consumptions
• To improves poka-yokes & improve machine & process reliability helping in controlling defect generation & defect prevention.
• Improving the machine capacities & reconditioning of the equipment's
• Knowledge of SAP, Maintenance KPI's

Technical skill :-

• Mitsubishi PLC trouble shooting & programming (GX works & developers & Melsoft Gt works3)
• Allen Bradley Plc trouble shooting & programming (RS logic 500 & 5000 and factory talk view)
