Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a experienced Electrical Engineer for maintenance of CNC machines and drive systems. The role requires hands-on experience with Fanuc/Siemens controls, plus PLC programming expertise and familiarity with TPM and OHSAS standards.

You will work on preventive and predictive maintenance, manage spares, and ensure reliability of electrical and electronic subsystems across machining centers, presses, and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with maintenance of electronic and electrical systems for CNC machines (Fanuc/Siemens).
• PLC programming experience with Mitsubishi and Siemens.
• Familiar with IMS and OHSAS standards.
• Experience with TPM, TQM, CBM, TBM and preventive maintenance.

Job description

1.Adequate Knowledge of Maintenance of Electronic systems & Drives, Trouble Shooting of Electrical & electronic systems of equipment's(Machining centres - Makino/Mazak/AMS/BFW/LMW) with Fanuc & Siemens systems & drives. Knowledge of electrical & electronic on SPM, GPM, Cleaning machines, Hydraulic press.
2.Adequate Knowledge of PLC (Mitsubishi & Siemens),handson experience on Developing new PLC program & modifications.
3.Adequate Knowledge of IMS & OHSAS.
4.Work on experience on RCM, Preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance analysis, CBM, TBM
5.System Knowledge -SAP PM module, MS office, Good in PPT.
6.Work on Experience on TPM, TQM.
7.Adequate Knowledge of Legal, statutory requirements.
8.Adequate Knowledge of Spare Management.
9.Capability for handling of manpower.

Education Qualification

B.E. in Electrical Engineering

General Experience

6 - 8 years for Graduate Engineer

Critical Experience

Hands on working exprireence of electronic & electrical systems (FANUC SYSTEMS & DRIVES & SIEMENS SYSTEM & DRIVES)
