Job summary

HL Mando Anand India pvt ltd in Sriperumbudur seeks an Electrical/Automation Maintenance Engineer/Sr.Engineer with strong PLC programming (Omron, Mitsubishi) and automation experience to support maintenance, troubleshoot and improve line performance.

You will lead a small shift, drive MTBF/MTTR improvements, handle HMI/SCADA integration, and work on CNC/robot systems (Siemens 840D, Fanuc, Yaskawa). Rotational shifts are required; exposure to audits is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong PLC Programming knowledge (Omron, Mitsubishi, HMI, SCADA)
• Interfacing and Programming knowledge about RFID, Scanners, Nut Runners, Servo Drive Controllers
• Trouble Shooting of Yasakawa Robots / Servo Controllers
• Exposure to Automation and SPM machines
• Strong PLC Knowledge in Omron PLC -> CX Programmer / Sysmac Studio
• Exposure in Yaskawa Robot system Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• CNC Knowledge about Siemens 840D, 840DSL & Fanuc Controllers 18i, 21i, 31i, 32i
• Troubleshooting / Strong Technical Knowledge of Industrial PC -> NI
• Identifying, Planning and Execution of Preventive Maintenance activity across the plant
• Trouble Shooting Skills & B/D Analysis Preparation
• Team Leading Skill of Min 5Man Power & Leading the Shift (3 Shift Basis)
• Controlling of Maintenance KPI like MTBF, MTTR, DTR
• Exposures about System Audit Documentation IATF, Customer Audit & Internal Audit
