Job summary

Tenneco Inc. in India is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to lead safety upgrades, PLC troubleshooting, and automation sustainment at the Bhiwadi facility. The role involves CAPEX planning, reliability improvement, and spares management.

You will drive continuous improvements using SAP and KPI tracking to reduce defects and enhance equipment uptime. This position requires 6-10 years of relevant experience and a strong electrical background.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Electrical or equivalent required.
• 6-10 years of core maintenance and automation experience.
• Experience in machine safety upgradation and EHS activities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for machine safety upgradation and EHS activity.
• Plan and complete CAPEX related activity.
• Handle servo systems of Mitsubishi & Allen Bradley.
• Manage weld controller of Amada machine.
• Oversee panel wiring of machines.
• Troubleshoot HT, LT & transformer, DG operations as needed.
• Plan and monitor critical spares and reduce consumables.
• Improve poka-yokes and machine/process reliability to prevent defects.
• Enhance machine capacity and reconditioning of equipment.

• Responsible for weld controller of Amada machine.
• Responsible for panel wiring of machine.
• Responsible & should have experience & trouble shooting of HT, LT & transformer, Dg operation & trouble shooting.
• Responsible for plan & monitor all critical spares & reduction in spare consumptions
• To improve’s poka-yoke’s & improve machine & process reliability helping in controlling defect generation & defect prevention.
• Improving the machine capacities & reconditioning of the equipment’s
• Knowledge of SAP, Maintenance KPI’s

4. Technical skill :-

• Mitsubishi PLC trouble shooting & programming (GX works & developers & Melsoft Gt works3)
• Allen Bradley Plc trouble shooting & programming (RS logic 500 & 5000 and factory talk view)
