Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Last-Mile Operations Lead to own end-to-end delivery performance, governance with courier partners, and real-time control tower management in Karnataka.

Ideal candidates will have 3–8 years of experience in last-mile logistics, strong skills in data-driven problem solving, and a track record of reducing RTOs while maintaining high delivery quality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery SLA adherence and Delivery on Time (DOT) across the network.
• Manage courier partners and resolve operational issues including wrong/missing/damaged shipments, fake attempts, delivery failures, and customer complaints.
• Drive RTO reduction, identify root causes, and ensure timely RTO reconciliation and closure.
• Run the control tower to provide real-time visibility on breaches, pendency, RTOs, exceptions, and critical shipments; drive timely interventions.
• Track courier performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions with partners.
• Identify recurring operational gaps and implement initiatives to improve delivery quality, customer experience, and last-mile efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• SLA & DOT: Drive delivery SLA adherence and Delivery on Time (DOT) across the network.
