Job summary

Nimbuspost is seeking a delivery operations professional in India to monitor and optimize last mile performance across courier partners. You will track SLAs, delivery rates, and RTOs, and collaborate with tech and ops teams to drive automation and efficiencies.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and excellent communication to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily last mile delivery performance across courier partners and regions.
• Track SLA adherence, delivery rate, and RTO percentage, ensuring targets are met.
• Coordinate with courier partners and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations promptly.
• Analyze delivery exceptions (NDRs, undelivered, RTO, etc.) and ensure timely reattempts and closures.
• Review zone- and pincode-level performance to identify bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain daily/weekly dashboards and reports to provide visibility to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily last mile delivery performance across courier partners and regions.
• Track SLA adherence, delivery rate, and RTO percentage, ensuring targets are met.
• Coordinate with courier partners and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations promptly.
• Analyze delivery exceptions (NDRs, undelivered, RTO, etc.) and ensure timely reattempts and closures.
• Review zone- and pincode-level performance to identify bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain daily/weekly dashboards and reports to provide visibility to

management.

• Work closely with the tech and operations teams to drive process automation and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and implement operational best practices across partners.
