Qualifications

  • Proven experience in land acquisition for infrastructure or real estate projects
  • Strong understanding of land acquisition laws and state-specific regulations
  • Demonstrated land negotiation and transaction closure experience
  • Ability to travel extensively to remote project locations
  • Strong stakeholder management and commercial negotiation skills

  • Obtain statutory approvals and permissions such as CLU, DTPC clearances, Panchayat NOCs, and related approvals.
  • Ensure mutation, registration, and closure of land acquisition transactions.
  • Coordinate with project teams for seamless transfer of acquired land for construction activities.

Position Summary

To identify, evaluate, negotiate, and acquire suitable land parcels across India for construction of substations through lease, rental, or purchase arrangements. The role is responsible for scouting land opportunities, conducting due diligence, securing statutory permissions, completing commercial negotiations, and ensuring smooth handover of acquired land to project teams for execution.
