Job summary

Sterlite Electric is seeking a Manager- Projects SS to lead onsite construction of substations and oversee QEHS compliance on site. The role demands strong leadership, deep technical knowledge in electrical or civil works, and a track record of delivering large scale transmission projects.

You will coordinate with sub-contractors, monitor progress against time schedules, manage QA/ QEHS, drive risk mitigation, and ensure adherence to budget.

Qualifications

• B.E in Electrical or Civil
• Min. 8 years' Experience of On Site construction of Substations Construction or Project Management

Responsibilities

Site Construction manager is nominated representative of SPGVL for the Project Site and made for responsible Site construction progress from Sub-contracted parties for their respective scope of work.

The incumbent will be responsible for Construction Progress as per Time schedule and set standards sets of Quality, EHS which are under his direct responsibility during execution works of Site Construction.

Critical Success Factors - Essential

• B.E in Electrical or Civil
• Min. 8 years' Experience of On Site construction of Substations Construction or Project Management

Critical Success Factors - Desirable

• Qualified from reputed Institutions in INDIA
• 220KV and above GIS substations experience.
