Job summary

Resonia is seeking a Manager- SCM to lead sourcing activities, cost modelling for sub-station packages, and RFx management. You will assess commodity trends, manage vendor development, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cost-effective procurement.

The role requires a BE Civil or Electrical and 8–14 years of experience in the power transmission sector, with a strong techno-commercial mindset and familiarity with SAP MM.

Qualifications

• BE Civil or Electrical with 8–14 years of experience.
• Experience in sub-station cost modelling, RFx and vendor development.
• Knowledge of SAP MM module and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Should/Bottoms up cost modelling and estimation of cost based on BoQ for sub-station packages.
• Cost and Price analytics, trend assessment of commodities and its impact on cost scenarios.
• Vendor assessment and hand holding through out vendor development process.
• Having techno commercial understanding of Sub-station equipment including suppliers ecosystem across high voltage rating.
• Complete understanding of RFx (RFP,RFQ, RFI etc) process and hands on experience on managing RFx end to end process (requirement consolidation till price discovery).
• Reviewing bids from suppliers from TCO perspective.
• Develop plan and preparation for strategic negotiation.
• Knowledge of SAP MM Module.
• Co-ordinate with internal and external stake holder for closure of RFx process.
