Job summary

Resonia, formerly Sterlite Power, seeks a Chief Manager - SS to lead substations construction on-site and manage QEHS at the project location. You will coordinate subcontractors and drive progress in line with the schedule while upholding safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates hold a BE in Electrical or Civil with 10+ years of on-site substations experience, preferably 132kV GIS substations. Telangana, India-based role requiring strong leadership.

Qualifications

• BE in Electrical or Civil.
• Min 10 years’ experience of on-site construction of substations or project management.
• On-site substations construction or project management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site construction progress and QEHS at the project site with subcontractors for their scope of work.
• Ensure construction progress aligns with the time schedule and maintains quality, environment, health and safety standards.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Site Construction manager is nominated representative of SPGVL for the Project Site and made for responsible Site construction progress from Sub-contracted parties for their respective scope of work.
• He is accountable for Construction Progress as per Time schedule and set standards sets of Quality, EHS which are under his direct responsibility during execution works of Site Construction.

Critical Success Factors - Essential

• B.E in Electrical or Civil
• Min. 10 years’ Experience of On Site construction of Substations Construction or Project Management

Critical Success Factors - Desirable

• Qualified from reputed Institutions in INDIA
• 132KV and above GIS substations experience.
