Job summary

Vision Systems, Samvardhana Motherson Reflectec (SMR) division at Motherson Group seeks an IT Operations Specialist to support SAP and MES systems across IT operations and manufacturing settings. You will troubleshoot hardware, manage PCs and network gear, monitor servers, and maintain data integrity while coordinating with internal users, vendors, and stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Electronics and hands-on experience with SAP and MES, plus strong English and Korean

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Electronics or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Korean languages.
• Experience in IT operations, IT infrastructure management, or manufacturing IT support.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and MES systems, including implementation, support, configuration, or development.
• Good knowledge of PC hardware, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
• Experience in network installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP and MES systems implementation, operation, and maintenance.
• Provide IT operational support and troubleshoot failures.
• Manage and maintain PCs, workstations, network equipment, and other IT assets.
• Monitor and maintain data servers, system availability, and data integrity.
• Support network installation, configuration, monitoring, and operations management.
• Coordinate with internal users, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support SAP/MES development, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Perform computer hardware maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain IT documentation and procedures.
• Ensure smooth IT support for business and manufacturing operations.
• Provide support for other IT infrastructure activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Korean languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with Korean stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in IT operations, IT infrastructure management, or manufacturing IT support.
